Gareth Igesund joined RBHS this year as a Grade 8 learner and has excelled on the tennis court. He is ranked no. 1 in the U14 age group in South Africa. This year he has achieved the following:
- Cape Town Growthpoint u14 winner in both the singles and doubles
- Boland Growthpoint u14 winner in both singles and doubles
- Eastern Cape Growthpoint u16 winner in singles and runner-up in doubles
- R100 000 KM sports challenge U16 – winner
