SA Open Water Championships

Zack Waters (gr11), Benn McWilliam (gr 10), Troy McWilliam (gr 9), Nicholas Trower (gr 8) and Connor Kinnear (gr 8) took part in the SA Open Water championships in Marina Martinique this past weekend.

Results:

Zack Waters

24th in his age group (41st overall) in the 5km race
11th in the 7,5km race

 

Benn McWilliam

4th in his age group (6th overall) in the 3km race
2nd in his age group (10th overall) in the 5km race
part of the Western Cape B Mixed relay team that came 4th in the 4 x 1,25km race

 

Troy McWilliam

12th in his age group (43rd overall) in the 3km race;
17th in his age group (3oth overall) in the 5km race;

 

Nicholas Trower

2nd in his age group (15th overall) in the 3km race;
29th in his age group (47th overall) in the 5km race;

 

Connor Kinnear

9th in his age group (43th overall) in the 3km race
