Social Responsibility

We encourage our boys to be more socially aware by providing opportunities for service in the wider community.

• Each grade has an elected charity for whom they fundraise. Events include market days, cake sales and beach clean ups.
• The whole school contributes to the Ysterplaat Feeding Scheme, Tree of Joy, Slipper Day, Casual Day and Bandana Day.
• Early Act: Our Grade 6 and 7 boys participate in different activities, such as collection drives and bi-monthly visits to Kewtown Primary School in Athlone.
• Grade 7 Outreach: Our senior boys are encouraged to get actively involved in termly outreach / community projects with schools from different communities.
