Our Ethos

At Bosch Lea, we are dedicated to nurturing confident, compassionate and well-rounded young learners in a close-knit, engaging environment where every child is encouraged to grow and thrive. We inspire children to celebrate their individuality, develop respect and empathy for others and find joy in learning through a balance of responsibility and play. Our goal is to equip them with adaptability, resilience and self-motivation to thrive in an ever-changing world. Partnering with parents, we lay a strong foundation for lifelong learning through play. This is achieved by providing a nurturing, stimulating environment filled with engaging challenges, passionate educators committed to holistic development and a dynamic, play-centred approach that fosters independence, curiosity and emotional growth.

At Bosch Lea, every child is valued, respected and inspired to reach their full potential—one joyful play-filled experience at a time.

Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.” – Nelson Mandela

Governance and Management

Bosch Lea operates under the governance of Rondebosch Boys’ Preparatory School (RBPS) and follows the structures set by the elected parent representatives on the RBPS Governing Body. While governance oversight is provided by RBPS, the daily management and operations of Bosch Lea are the direct responsibility of the Head of Little Bosch.

The Parent Association (PA)

The Parent Association plays a vital role in the school community by organizing events, fundraising initiatives and supporting the school throughout the year. Parents are elected to specific PA portfolios during the first meeting of the year, ensuring active collaboration between families and the school.
