Inclusion & Belonging

This portfolio spans every aspect of school life that impacts our boys, focusing on both discipline and the well-being of students and staff. While there are dedicated Heads of Academics, Sport, and Culture, the Inclusion & Belonging component is essential for each boy’s ability to flourish and pursue his interests at school. A happy boy is one who can learn and thrive. Our Head of Inclusion & Belonging works closely with teachers to support our learners and also collaborates with the Educational Support Unit, which offers both academic and emotional assistance to all of our boys.
